In no instance, without limiting the foregoing, shall A3QR be liable for any failure or delay in performance stemming directly or indirectly from causes beyond its reasonable control, acts of nature, including, without limit, Internet failures, equipment failures, electrical power outages, labor disputes, riots, terrorism, civil disturbances, disturbances to the environment or geology or weather, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders from domestic or foreign courts, or third party non-performance. 

Inclusion or Corrections or Removal of Information or Links

A3QR welcomes suggestions, corrections and changes in an ongoing effort to improve the services we provide.  Corrections, broken links, content submissions and deletions may appear at routine intervals, during scheduled maintenance, or on an ad hoc basis.  A3QR reserves the right to refuse requests for service without limitation.
